i must apologise, if what i wrote in the previous post was distasteful. no offence, just my personal views.

i can't stand some of my branch officers. these regulars earn high thousands a month and yet years in the army seem to have eaten away at whatever IQ and EQ they had to begin with. natural erosion i'd say. reason for saying this (although everyone already knows this fact): we were supposed to have a farewell dinner at vienna intl buffett tonight. BUT some stupid old LTC decided having to cover the costs for a couple of NSFs proved to be beyond his financial and mathematical abilities. point is he didn't want to pay for us. $4 or $5 from a monthly salary of thousands is obviously too much to bear for him. nutcase. not that i really wanted to eat dinner with a bunch of regulars, it was the kick in the ass that sucks. but it's ok. i am starting to care not. i am also starting to speak weird english. gee.

on a sidenote, i learnt that the word ineffectual, which has the same meaning as ineffective.
